Avria is in pre-launch. These Terms cover your use of the avria.ai website and the early-access waitlist. When Avria launches as a product, these Terms will be expanded to cover the application itself, billing, and your rights as a customer. We'll notify the waitlist before any of that takes effect.
Using the site
By visiting avria.ai or submitting the early-access form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What we own
All content on this site (including the Avria name and logo, the agent names and descriptions, the writing, the visual design, and the brand identity) is the intellectual property of HB Industries LLC. You're welcome to read, share, and link to it. You're not welcome to copy, scrape, redistribute, or reverse-engineer it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
What you can do
- Browse the site
- Sign up for the early-access waitlist
- Share Avria with people who might find it useful
- Email henry@avria.ai with questions or feedback
What you can't do
- Submit false information in the waitlist form on behalf of someone else
- Scrape or automate access to the site
- Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or test the site's security without authorization
- Copy site content for use in a competing product or service
About Avria the product
Avria is a decision-support tool for AV professionals. Bills of materials, engineering recommendations, drawings, standards citations, and other outputs generated by Avria are informational only and must be independently reviewed, verified, and approved by a qualified AV professional before being relied upon for purchase, installation, contract bid, or any other commercial purpose. References to industry standards (including ANSI/AVIXA standards) are informational and do not constitute certification of compliance with any standard.
You assume full responsibility for product selection, system design, equipment installation, and the satisfaction of any applicable laws, codes, contractual obligations, or professional standards.
No warranty during pre-launch
This site is provided "as is." The product it describes is not available yet. Nothing on this page is a binding commitment to specific features, pricing, or launch dates. Plans and copy may change without notice.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, HB Industries LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Direct liability, if any, is limited to the amount you've paid us. During pre-launch, that's zero.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. The specific jurisdiction will be named here in a future update before Avria launches as a product.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Avria gets closer to launch. The "Last updated" date at the top changes when we do. Material changes will be communicated to the waitlist before they take effect.
