How we handle your information.
Avria is in pre-launch. The only information we collect today is what you submit through the early-access waitlist form on avria.ai. This page tells you exactly what that is, what we do with it, and what we don't.
What we collect
When you sign up for the early-access waitlist, you give us:
- Your email address
- Your name
- Your company (optional)
- Your role (e.g. AV designer, integrator, project manager)
That's it. No browsing data. No analytics cookies. No tracking pixels.
What we do with it
- Email you when early access opens
- Personally follow up to walk you through the product
- Aggregate role and company type (privately, not publicly) to help us understand who's asking for early access
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information to anyone
- We don't share it with third-party advertisers or marketers
- We don't run analytics or behavioral tracking on this site
- We don't email you anything other than Avria updates
Who sees your information
Right now, only the founder (Henry Blaschke) and the form-handling service (Formspree) see your waitlist submission. Formspree is the standard form-relay service that delivers your message to our inbox. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you everything we have on file for your email
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your waitlist entry entirely
Email henry@avria.ai for any of these. We'll handle it within a few days.
Cookies
This site does not set any cookies, first-party or third-party. The Formspree form may set a temporary session cookie when you submit it. No analytics, no advertising, no fingerprinting.
Updates to this policy
When Avria launches as a real product, this policy will get a substantial update covering the application itself: account data, project data, billing, sub-processors (Anthropic, Stripe, our hosting platform), and your full GDPR / CCPA rights as a customer. We'll notify the waitlist before any of that takes effect.
Questions? Email henry@avria.ai. The founder answers personally.
